HOLA!
I recently saw a gorgeous mani posted my Sarah from Chalkboard Nails and I loved it so much I had to recreate it. My favorite candy bar is Hershey's Cookies n' Cream, so this mani was bound to be done soon.
My lovely friend Brandi from The Collegiate Nail, was nice enough to send me Wet 'n Wilds 2% Milk. I knew right away that would be the perfect "white chocolate" for this glitter sandwich. So I used one coat of 2% Milk and one coat of Coverband Sticks 'n Stones and then one coat of 2% again to make this delicious mani.
