I wanted to use all these gorgeous polishes in one mani, and I was able to accomplish that! YAY! I love this mani so much. I used some tape to create the chevrons.

Hello Lovelies!

I have a different type of post for all of you today. But still relevant to our everyday lives.

As many of you know I suffer from PCOS (Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome). In my case my time of the month can be rather traumatizing. Because it is the time of the month where I feel my symptoms way more active and strong.

I took on the challenge of U by Kotex of #SavetheUndies and gave these new babies a go. They have a 3D Capture core that helps prevent leakage and gives you all day protection, without the worry of any issues.

Another cool thing is the packaging is bright and colorful and doesn't look like a pad when I had it in my bag and have to sneak one out and go to the rest room.

If you'd like to get a free sample and try these out for yourself please make sure togo to U by Kotex  .

Xoxo,

Nory

OPI Infinite Shine: Tweed Nails

by Norelis Ocasio in

*Press Sample*

Hello Lovelies,

Hope you are all having a wonderful day. I recently received a nice selection of OPI Infinite Shine nail polishes to play with. New line of gel like nail lacquers which last up to 10 days.

For this tweed mani I used OPI Infinite Shine: Unequivocally Crimson, Never Give Up, Maintaining My Sand-ity, and It Never Ends. All of them are part of the new Infinite Shine line. I also of course used the primer base coat and the gloss top coat.

With a small nail art brush simply paint the different colors one by one to create this layered tweed look. I started off with a little base color and then added all the darker richer colors on top.

I wore this mani for almost two full weeks before removing it. I really like the formula of these polishes. The shine stays on the nails for days and days. Also the polish stayed on the nails without any chipping or flaking until I was ready to take it off. That is a huge plus. Very happy about that.

A special thanks to OPI and Preen. Me for sending me some gorgeous polishes to work with. If you would like to see more Infinite Shine manis check out the Preen.Me site for tons of different manis.

What do you think?!?

xoxo,

Nory

Salon Perfect Eyebrow Sets

Hello Lovelies!

So many awesome new products to share with all of you. I have two different products from Salon Perfect to share. They are both for brows. I love having my brow game on point and I know lots of you do as well. One if full coverage and the other is a lighter softer brow product.

First up we have the 'Perfect Brow Pomade.' It is described by Salon Perfect as a "creamy long wearing brow color that defines, sculpts and fills in eyebrows for that  coveted full look. A multi-tasking superstar that combines the work of a pencil, powder and wax, in one easy-to-use product."

It comes in 3 different shades: Dark Brown, Light Brown and Blonde. It includes an angled brush and spooley brush. Works very well together. Apply with the brush and lightly blend with the spooley.

From left to right: dark brown, light brown and blonde.

I absolutely love the pomade, it really is long lasting once it sets. I tested it over night and to my surprise my brows looked really good considering it was on all day and night. So for under  $5 this will be a part of my daily makeup routine. I think Salon Perfect did a fantastic job with it.

Next product is, 'Perfect Brow Powder & Stencil Combo'. A lightweight, medium coverage brow powder and stencil kit used of defining, shaping and filling in eyebrows.

This set has a powder in two shades to ensure a perfect match for creating a natural brow. It also includes stencils to help you come up with the perfect brow shape for yourself. Petite, soft, natural and full arch.

Works really well and for under $5 it's the perfect brow powder to have near by. Totally recommend for someone who only wants a bit of coverage and isn't looking for that full coverage this is the perfect combo powder set.

You can pick these up at Walmart stores.

Which one are you looking forward to trying?

xoxo,

Nory
