Ciate Very Colourfoil Manicure: Carnival Couture and Wonderland

Happy Monday!

Today I have two of the three new Ciate kits that will be soon available at Sephora!

I was actually super excited about both of these, I had never tried a foil mani and these foils looked awesome. 

First off is Carnival Couture, it has an absolutely stunning pink that applied like a dream. I used two coats for my base. I also applied on coat of SV so it dried fully, that way I knew I would have any problems when pressing down on the base color with foil.

I used three of 6 different styles of foil. Sing a gold foil, Smash a silver foil and Stomp a silvery pink foil. 

Second kit named Wonderland has an amazing gray crelly named Cream Soda, leaning much more to jelly, and boy it is my new favorite gray. I did used 3 coats to reach full opacity. It's so squishy and just beautiful. This also has one coat of SV to speed up the drying time.

The foils I used were, Fling a nice purple foil, Feisty a green foil, and Fizz a gold foil. 

This set contains:
- 0.17 oz Foil Fix Glue
- 0.46 oz Paint Pot in Kiss Chase (Carnival Couture), Pepperminty (Kaleidoscope Klash), Cream Soda (Wonderland)
- 30 Colourfoil Sheets in Blaze, Babe, Bounce, Beaut, Bloom, Brill (Carnival Couture); Stomp, Splash, Shout, Snog, Sing, Smash (Kaleidoscope Klash); Flash, Fizz, Feisty, Fling, Flirt, Frost (Wonderland) 

Overall I love both of these kits. Not only do I love the polishes, they are both beautiful. Also the kit includes a ton of foil, so I know I get many manis and still have enough to share with friends. I think this is a fun way to try nail art, and love how awesome the effect looks on the nail.
