Well hello there!! Twinsie Tuesday is here and I have been waiting impatiently for this post because I knew I wanted to post this mani for this special day. Our theme today is a Halloween Mani.
Mel and I love Nightmare Before Christmas and it's like our own little tradition to watch it every Halloween. After practicing and narrowing down my ideas I decided to do this Nightmare Before Christmas inspired mani!
Jack, who is the main character is in my ring finger, his outfit has black and white stripes like the ones in my pinky, he has a dog named Zero who is in my index finger and of course his mountain, where he sings and thinks. All of the nail art is free hand.
Base color WNW Ebony Hates Chris, the white is OPI Alpine Snow, for the Yellow I missed to yellow polishes, and for the mountain I used China Glaze Gothic Lolita and OPI My Private Jet (not holo) to give the contrast.
I left my thumb black just to add a little more darkness to the mani since it is a Halloween mani :)

ReplyDeleteHOLY SHIZZ! I love this Nory!!! Nightmare Before Christmas is in my top 5 fav movies of all time, so any reference to it totally excites me. I love that you can basically watch the movie from Halloween all the way thru Christmas ;) I was so proud when my 3yr old started requesting it on a daily basis! This is so awesome!!!
