My polish bestie Amanda, sent me this gorgeous glitter in our latest swap! Sally Hansen Hard as Nails in Spicy Pumpkin a sheer black jelly with orange glitter. Perfect for Halloween so I knew I had to put it on first!
I applied two coats of butter LONDON Union Black Jack and then used stripping tape to make some designs on my nails, then applied the glitter. I really like the contrast.
