The Penguin Makeup Challenge Week 2: Black and Color

Week 2 of The Penguin Makeup Challenge is here. You can see my post of week 1 HERE. For today we have to use Black & Color. 

I decided to keep it very basic and simple. I also wanted it to be a wearable look since I was going to be going out after with whatever I decided to go with. I used the Milani Powder Eyeshadow in Olympian Blue and the Milani Black Liner.

I simply blended the blue eyeshadow all the way from the lid and a little bit past the crease. Blended the heck out of it to make it look a little lighter after the crease and added a quick black liner, with a slight wing, but nothing too dramatic. 

I hope you are enjoying this challenge as much as I am. It's cool to try new things, and have a theme to go by. The first challenge was def the hardest of them all, the black and white had me for a loop, lol. This was a lot easier to work with, I love color and dare to wear anything at least once.
